Refund Policy

We’re 100% devoted to your satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied with your tracker for almost any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of one’s order date to request a complete refund. Here would be the few things which you will have to return your tracker for the full refund.

Send an email to Printer Tech within 30 days of one’s purchase date referencing your tracker serial number and/or order number.

Returned products must certainly be in good shape (not physically damaged) and include packaging and accessories.

Additional notes are:

  • Non-refundable shipping fees
  • Get a tracking number for the return, just in case the shipment is lost.
  • We don’t purchase return shipping except in cases of hardware failure. Water/weather damage or heat damage from misplacement aren’t hardware failures.
